Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Account Manager I to join reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing business customer accounts, selling mobility services, and providing exceptional customer support. You’ll play a key role in growing our business by identifying customer needs, recommending solutions, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial sale to ongoing support. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Account Management:

  • Engage with business customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend tailored mobility solutions from reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and customer retention goals.

Customer Service & Support:

  • Provide expert guidance on service plans, devices, and cost-saving solutions.

Billing Analysis & Order Processing:
