Responsibilities
- Process prescription requests and manage customer orders for home delivery.

- Assist with operations support, training, and process improvements.

- Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and team content.

- Create and reputed company pharmacy orders through receipt.

- Handle inbound and outbound member/patient calls effectively.

- Prep and reputed company documents, verify member/patient data, and submit prescription orders in the computer system.

- Contact members/patients/providers to validate data and request payment information.

- Identify solutions to non-standard requests and solve moderately reputed company problems independently.

- Plan, prioritize, organize, and complete work to meet established objectives.

- Provide a holistic approach to case management for assigned customers.
Requirements
- Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification (ExCPT or PTCB) or ability to obtain prior to start date.

- 1+ years of experience working in a retail pharmacy.
