Job Summary of Retail Associate: The Retail Associate position at Goodwill is vital for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the store. The role involves helping customers with their purchases, accurately completing transactions, and keeping the retail space clean and organized. Responsibilities of Retail Associate:

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries or locating items.
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts accurately.
• Store Clerk major duties include maintaining cleanliness of sales floor, receiving incoming donations and issuing receipts, greet and assist donors/customers
• Cashier duties include ringing up reputed company sales transactions, operating cash register, greeting and assisting customers/donors.
