Finance and Operations Associate (Part-Time, Remote)

Position Summary: We are seeking a Finance and Operations Management Associate to support the financial and operational functions of our pediatric practice acquisitions. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn, who is passionate about making a positive difference in communities through enhanced access to high-quality pediatric care. The associate will work closely with leadership, supporting financial analysis, enhancing operational efficiencies, and managing integration efforts for newly acquired practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Assist in financial modeling, performance tracking, and budgeting.
- reputed company Cycle Support: Monitor billing, accounts receivable, and collections processes for acquired practices, with a focus on reputed company reimbursement.
- Value-Based Care Initiatives: Support the transition to value-based care models that prioritize quality outcomes, preventive care, and improved patient experience.

Qualifications & Skills:
