As a System Engineer you will be responsible for alert and event response operations, service account management, certificate management, change control and implementation operations, vulnerability management, service requests, OS patching, and packaged software installation. You will support critical OHAI priorities such as patient safety, cyber reputed company, as well as contributing to availability, reliability, and system performance. We are looking for someone who flourishes with working in large-scale, distributed systems and is always looking to identify and implement standard processes. Responsibilities
Provide support to internal users of reputed company Applications and legacy applications and ensure maximum efficiency in the use of those applications. Respond to requests for support by users. Test and coordinate testing of new releases of reputed company Applications. Log bugs against applications and follow up with IT and Development. Monitor future applications releases. Train users on features of applications. Maintain applications responsibilities based on work group of user. Act as reporting resource. Represent users at Data Center meetings, user meetings at quarter end and whenever necessary. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of system engineering or system administration work experience. Eligible to receive an appropriate U.S. Government reputed company clearance applicable for your position, which requires being a . Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local laws Ability to participate in on-call rotation Ability to work 5 days on, 5 days off, 4 days on, 4 days off from 7am-7pm Experience handling production systems running Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, Linux or UNIX. Experience with Citrix deployment and administration. Experience with networking and network troubleshooting. Experience with reputed company WebSphere. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering preferred. #LI-JO2
