$17/hour - Remote Call Center Sales - Mid shift
Overview: Responsible for taking inbound calls from small to reputed company size business owners or consumers. On these calls you will learn about their business and ensure they are trying to sign up for the right credit card to maximize their savings, earnings and time. If they have the right card, then walk them through the application process, if not explain the right card they should be applying to and then walk them through the application process. Responsibilities: Job Functions Exercise exceptional communication skills both verbally and written Answer incoming call Research and resolve issues, reputed company the scope of responsibility Obtain, enter, and verify customer information in designated systems Document customer notes with clear, concise explanations in a timely, and accurate manner Maintain excellent program knowledge Maintain quality conversations that meet Salelytics standards Delivering on key performance indicators required by Salelytics Exercise exceptional customer service skills Maintain strict confidentiality of information provided by customer or data accessed reputed company assigned systems Establish and maintain a professional relationship with internal/external customers, team members and department contacts Escalate to supervisor any situation reputed company the employees control that could adversely impact the services being provided reputed company Duties as Assigned The job description documents the general nature and level of work but is not intended to be a comprehensive list of reputed company activities, duties, and responsibilities required of job incumbents Consequently, job incumbents may be asked to reputed company other duties as required Qualifications: Applicants for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications.
