About the position The Call Center Representative position at reputed company is a part-time remote role focused on providing exceptional customer service to patients. The representative will assist patients with appointment management and inquiries, playing a vital role in the coordinated care delivery model. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle a high volume of calls while ensuring patient satisfaction. Responsibilities • Receive incoming calls and assist patients with appointment management and inquiries. , • Provide extraordinary customer service and problem-solving support to strengthen the patient/clinician relationship. , • Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) and EPIC systems to manage patient information effectively. , • Communicate clearly and professionally with patients to improve access and understanding of their care. , • Handle a minimum of 70 calls a day while maintaining a high level of service.
