Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives. • Oversee all advertising campaigns, ensuring they are executed effectively across various platforms, including Google. • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions. • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI. • Collaborate with sales teams to create integrated campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion. • Write compelling copy for various marketing materials, including digital ads, email campaigns, and website content. • Utilize HTML skills to enhance online content presentation and functionality. • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency in campaign execution. • Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven adjustments as needed. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. • Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a strong focus on performance marketing and e-commerce. • Proficiency in advertising platforms, particularly Google Ads. • Strong budgeting skills with experience managing large-scale marketing budgets. • Excellent copywriting abilities with a keen eye for detail. • Familiarity with HTML and its application in digital marketing efforts. • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
