The reputed company reputed company is responsible for developing and executing strategic internal and external communications deliverables, partnering with key stakeholders, including executive management, as well as HR to enhance employee engagement and information flow for the Joint Replacement Division at reputed company. This role designs and oversees the distribution of internal materials across multiple channels; including newsletters, intranet, emails, and employee meetings, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include establishing global communication standards, including managing translation processes, and leading change management communications for recent acquisitions. This is a hybrid role based in Mahwah, NJ. There is an expectation of approximately once per week to work from the Mahwah, NJ office. In this position, you will be required to travel 30%(domestic and international). . What you will do: Relationship builder ? Builds a network of customers and/or sales and marketing leaders to reputed company customer reputed company used to shape messaging. ? Works with leadership to determine messaging strategy ?
