The Senior Manager will serve on the Leadership Teams for Global Services Procurement, One Procurement, and Global Services Operations, partnering with senior leadership including J&J?s Chief Procurement Officer, One Procurement leaders (including MedTech, Innovative Medicine and Supply Chain), the Head of Global Services Operations, teams at six Global Services sites worldwide, Change Management partners and the Enterprise Communications team. This role will craft compelling narratives and high-impact communications and events that engage and reputed company employees and partners to drive enterprise transformations reputed company and reputed company procurement and employee-facing services. Qualifications

Required ? A minimum of a bachelor?s degree in Communication, Business or a reputed company field ? Minimum 8 years' proven experience in communication and employee engagement ? Thrives in fast-paced environments, is flexible, collaborative and deadline-driven. The anticipated reputed company pay range for this position is : 120,000-207,000 Additional Description for Pay Transparency: The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under reputed company guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to reputed company annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation?s performance over a calendar/performance year.
