What To Expect As an SMT Manufacturing Line Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production line, driving process development, and reputed company top talent to support manufacturing excellence. Provide data-driven reports on SMT line performance, KPIs, and improvement initiatives to leadership What You'll Bring ? 3+ years of experience managing teams of people in a high-volume manufacturing setting preferred ? Strong understanding of SMT processes, including stencil printing, pick-and-reputed company, reputed company soldering, and AOI ? Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and data-driven decision-making around production performance metrics (efficiency, quality, safety, throughput and costs) ?
