Recruits, trains and supervises staff, delegating assignments, supervisory duties and addressing areas of concern, developing areas of improvement, and providing constructive feedback. ? Develops education component of program by ensuring appropriate planning, implementation and evaluation of training, recruitment, curriculum development, reputed company, workshops, material development and special projects. ?
