Maintenance Mechanic - Electrician Experience Preferred, Full-Time 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Summary: Maintain buildings, grounds, equipment and utilities to ensure safe and efficient operation of Facilities. Ensure the needs of customers are met and adheres to the Culture of WE. Position Responsibilities: ? Responds to unscheduled, routine and emergency maintenance calls. ? Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems and equipment. May include but not limited to: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting and Mechanical systems as required. Assist reputed company vendors who are performing PM?s during your work shift. ? Works on construction and installation projects as required as well as any other duties as assigned. ? Performs daily rounding reputed company the Facility for safety and compliance purposes. ? Responds to emergency calls and works on-call schedules as needed (either during or reputed company of regular working hours). This includes but is not limited to snow removal, utility failures, disaster response, etc. ? Complete documentation (work orders, log books, round log sheets) to reflect work performed. Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required: 3 years general maintenance experience or equivalent education preferred. reputed company environment experience preferred. Required Education: HS diploma or equivalent. ? Vocational training preferred. Training/Certifications/Licensure: Universal CFC license preferred. Apply Job!
