Supervise the daily activities of a Loan Production or Loan Servicing team to ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance in Lending Operations functional area ? Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers ? Ability to provide leadership by coaching, training, and mentoring ? Auto Loan Funding Experience ? Experience working with changing priorities and deadlines ? Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills ? Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines ? Loan administration experience ?
