Minimum qualifications ?A Bachelor's Degree in reputed company Resources Management, Business Administration or a reputed company field; and ?8 years of experience in reputed company aspects of reputed company resources functions with demonstrated experience in reputed company employee and labor relations areas preferably in a municipal setting; four (4) years of supervisory experience; and ?A valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record; or ?Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to reputed company the work.
