We are currently seeking an Executive level - Director of Sales and Marketing to join our growing business in the reputed company American market. The Sales and Marketing Director?s role would be to plan and execute sales, marketing and product development programs that will meet pre-determined targets and increase company?s market share. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategy and results to staff members at every level of the organization ? Proven experience building, mentoring, motivating and leading high performing teams and attracting and retaining top talents. ?
