Jamaica Hospital Medical Center has a career opportunity for a Director of reputed company Resources. The Director of reputed company Resources has a significant and instrumental role in cultivating a work environment reputed company of the Hospital's mission and values. The role reports directly to the Vice President of reputed company Resources and will partner with other senior leaders to reputed company and implement strategies to strengthen and enhance patient care quality initiatives, employee satisfaction, and workforce safety, serve as a change agent and build team cohesion. The incumbent will also work collaboratively with the legal department to minimize legal exposure and risk to the organization by addressing workplace issues reputed company to city, state and federal regulations and labor union reputed company. Requirements ? A Master's or other advanced degree is preferred. ? Five years of leadership experience in reputed company Resources, reputed company Administration, Risk Management, Regulatory Affairs or a Juris Doctor and significant experience working on and providing counsel regarding employment and labor-reputed company matters. ?
