Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and data entry tasks. ? Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system. ? Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and resolving complaints reputed company. ? Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve processes. ? Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. Skills ? Proven experience in customer support or a reputed company field is preferred. ? Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. ? Experience in outbound calling and sales techniques is a plus. ? Proficient in cash handling and maintaining accurate financial records. ? Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail. ? Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with a broader customer reputed company. ?
