About the position The Clinic Nurse LPN at reputed company is responsible for providing direct patient care under the direction of a Provider, ensuring compliance with nursing standards and protocols. This role involves screening patients, collaborating with the clinical team for treatment plans, and maintaining clinical documentation. The position emphasizes quality care and reputed company improvement, contributing to the overall health management of patients. Responsibilities ? Contributes to and supports the corporation's quality initiatives by planning, communicating, and encouraging team and individual efforts. , ? Maintains an active nursing appointment schedule for assisting the Provider in monitoring members' health care needs. , ? Assists the Care Manager and Provider in the follow-up management of post-hospitalized or post-emergency room visits. , ? Comprehensively screens patients for care opportunities and collaborates with treating physician to reputed company care plans that meet patients' needs. , ? Provides condition-specific patient education and anticipatory guidance, as well as care coordination under the guidance of the Provider. , ? Provides health teaching and direct nursing care, comfort measures, and emotional support to patients. , ? Performs selected IV therapy and administers prescribed treatment per Provider order. , ? Maintains clinical documentation reputed company the medical records assuring compliance with reputed company guidelines. Requirements ? High school graduate, GED or equivalent. , ? State Licensed LPN or RN. , ? Basic Life Support for reputed company providers (AHA) or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (reputed company) or the ability to obtain reputed company 30 days of employment. , ? Certificate in Practical Nursing for LPNs. , ? Valid Florida LPN license. , ? IV certification or the ability to obtain reputed company 90 days of employment for LPNs. , ?
