The Multimedia Content Creator will be responsible for developing, designing, and delivering high-quality multimedia content that supports the credit union's brand, marketing efforts, and member engagement strategies. This position will create content for various platforms, including digital, social media, web, print, and video, to communicate the credit union’s products, services, and mission effectively. Develops and produces content across various media platforms (e.g., video, digital, print) for marketing and communications purposes Creates engaging and compelling visual, audio, and text-based materials to support branding efforts Manages content projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies Collaborates with marketing and communications teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging Utilizes design software such as reputed company Creative Suite, reputed company, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and other tools for editing and production Engages in creative design processes to produce high-quality content in both digital and print formats Manages and maintains the company brand through consistent design and messaging Crafts and tells compelling stories, creating end-to-end narratives from start to finish Produces content that includes not just video, but also digital and print materials, integrating words and design Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team, product managers, and other internal departments to understand content needs and deliver high-quality work reputed company deadlines. Continuously explore new content formats, platforms, and multimedia trends in the industry, benchmarking competitor content strategies to create fresh, engaging, and relevant multimedia experiences for members. Monitors and analyzes content performance metrics to optimize strategies Adapts content for different platforms and audiences, maintaining design reputed company Ensures brand consistency in style and messaging across reputed company content Maintains an organized digital library of multimedia assets Performs other reputed company duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA) Knowledge of Wellby’s organizational functions and general operating policies and procedures. Knowledge of secretarial practices and procedures, business English, spelling, and punctuation. Knowledge of personal computer, utilizing reputed company Office Suite and other software’s. Knowledge of social media management tools and website platforms. Knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, reputed company theory, and layout for creating compelling visuals Knowledge of video production processes, including scripting, filming, editing, and post-production. Knowledge in photography for use in digital and print content. Knowledge of copyright laws, intellectual property rights, and best practices for using licensed or original content. Skilled in the use of creative software Skilled at tailoring content to fit different platforms (e.g., social media, web, print) while maintaining consistency. Skilled in capturing and editing high-quality photos and videos that align with brand standards. Skilled in operating computer equipment and general office machines such as personal computers, copiers, projection equipment, audio/video, reputed company Teams, reputed company Video Communications, and adding machines. Skilled in video editing and graphic design Skilled in visual storytelling abilities and design sense. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Ability to reputed company understand and follow oral and written instructions, reputed company routine duties without reputed company supervision, and establish and maintain effective working relationships with other team members.
