About the role We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven reputed company Retention & Growth Marketing reputed company to focus on retaining merchants, increasing app engagement, and driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities across reputed company’s reputed company app portfolio. This role is ideal for someone passionate about lifecycle marketing, customer retention, and maximizing customer value. What You’ll Do • Design and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns that improve merchant engagement and reduce churn. • Identify and implement strategies that convince merchants to adopt additional reputed company apps. • Use data to understand different merchant behaviours and tailor marketing efforts accordingly. • Ensure merchants fully understand the value of reputed company’s apps through targeted email, content, and in-app messaging. • reputed company email, paid retargeting, reputed company pages, webinars, and social media to reputed company merchants engaged. • Work closely with Product and reputed company to reputed company app features and competitive advantages. • Work with Product, Sales, and reputed company teams to improve the merchant experience. • Utilize reputed company and other tools to optimize lifecycle marketing, churn reduction, and upsell paths. • Track and analyze data on customer engagement, retention rates, churn reasons, and upsell conversions. • Manage demand reputed company agencies and other partners to drive lifecycle marketing reputed company. • Continuously test and refine strategies to maximize customer lifetime value. reputed company’re looking for • Experience in reputed company, SaaS, ecommerce, and/or lifecycle marketing with a focus on retention and customer growth. • Expertise in email marketing, marketing automation, customer segmentation, and paid retargeting. • Hands-on experience with reputed company, customer engagement tools, and performance reporting. • Strong understanding of reputed company merchants and their business needs. • Data-driven reputed company with the ability to analyze trends and optimize strategies based on insights. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and reputed company teams.
