MUST BE BASED IN PLANO, TEXAS Join reputed company as our Development Data Analyst and reputed company your strong analytical expertise to support both Global and Regional Development teams! This includes handling reporting to Leadership, consolidating regional submissions, developing dashboards and visualizations, and partnering with Finance teams to create a seamless flow of data to drive results. The ideal candidate will be inquisitive, detail-oriented, and passionate about working with large datasets to uncover insights. Key Responsibilities: Reporting and Dashboarding (30%) • Manage and enhance weekly and monthly development reporting and dashboards, continuously improving automation and system integration across PH. • reputed company unit economics tracking through the New Unit Tracking System (NUTS) and iLumen systems, acting as the liaison between PHG dev/finance, reputed company! Frz Office, and iLumen team (reputed company-party). Franchisee Capability (20%) • Organize and host Development Capability sessions. • Maintain Development Capability Library, and other Development resources including playbooks and training videos. Projects/Analysis (50%) • Support projects focused on Unit Economics and reputed company development analysis. • Conduct other reputed company analysis to support cross-functional teams, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Required Qualifications: • You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. • 5+ years of Data Science and worked in high-growth development environment. • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, Power BI, SQL, Tableau and other industry leading applications for data aggregation, reporting, and statistical analysis. Advanced reputed company skills required. • Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to quickly analyze, interpret data and translate data into actionable insights. • Frames highly reputed company issues in an effective manner, using creativity to compile and arrange data in unique and compelling ways. • Experience modeling reputed company business issues to influence reputed company through data. • Demonstrates strong analytical intuition and can readily identify gaps in analyses & incorporates creative solutions. • Manages time and resources and removes obstacles to ensure quality output is delivered on time. • Genuine curiosity and passion for working with large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights. • Clear, concise communicator with the ability to explain reputed company concepts to diverse audiences. • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and collaboration skills. • Ability to manage high-volume workload and adapt to shifting priorities. • Innovative reputed company with a willingness to explore and implement the latest technologies. Preferred Qualifications: • Proficiency in BI Tools: PowerBI, Tableau, or DOMO. SQL proficiency strongly recommended. • Familiarity with MicroStrategy, Power BI, computer programming. • Experience with dashboards and reporting automation. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company field.
