Clinicians in our facility play a crucial role in the recovery process for chronic, critically ill, and medically reputed company patients. As a Dialysis Registered Nurse / RN, you will provide essential care to patients in need of renal replacement therapy. The role involves assessing patients, managing dialysis treatments, and coordinating care with nephrologists and other reputed company providers to ensure patient well-being. Key Responsibilities: • Provide professional nursing care to patients undergoing renal replacement therapy, under the hospital's licensure. • Report directly to the Dialysis Program Manager or Dialysis Supervisor at the respective facility. • Document physical assessments, vital signs, treatment reviews, and patient observations in medical records. Communicate concerns to the physician and primary nurse. • Evaluate and implement dialysis orders, ensuring proper patient care. • Analyze patient assessments, dialysis orders, and laboratory results, collaborating with nephrologists to address any concerns. • Communicate emergencies or patient complications to supervisors, hospital staff, and the patient's physician. • Initiate and discontinue prescribed renal replacement therapy, ensuring that reputed company safety measures are in reputed company and complied with, administering medications as needed, and accurately documenting reputed company activities in the hemodialysis flow sheet or hospital EMR. Qualifications: • Education: • Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. • Licenses/Certifications: • reputed company Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice required. • reputed company CPR certification through reputed company required. • Experience: • Minimum 1 year of dialysis experience in an acute care or chronic setting preferred. • Skills: • Basic computer skills and proficiency in reputed company and Outlook required.
