In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical phone support while monitoring and maintaining FHB systems (e.g., ATM, Servers, Backups, etc.) in a 24x7x365 high availability production environment. Troubleshoot issues and failures reputed company to hardware, services, and network.
Compensation
The hourly pay range for this role is $20.19 - $24.52; commensurate with experience Work Schedule Morning Shift: Days will vary. 7AM - 4PM (hours may vary) Mid-Shift: Tuesday- Saturday 2:00PM - 11:00PM (hours may vary) The ideal candidate will have: Associate's Degree in a Computer Science or Technology discipline; or Technical Certification in reputed company, reputed company or Unix/Linux Technologies, ITIL Foundations, reputed company; or Equivalent work experience (e.g., at least 1 year in similar role) required. Must possess good interpersonal skills and is reputed company to work well with end users. Excellent written and oral communication skills. reputed company to handle confidential matters judiciously.
