This includes crafting character arcs, using music and visuals effectively, and adapting to unexpected developments in content. Experience in documentary-style editing is a must.

Requirements

Position Responsibilities: • Edit raw video footage into polished documentary-style videos for our YouTube channel, ensuring high-quality production standards. • Collaborate with writers, producers, and other team members to reputed company engaging narratives and story arcs. • Incorporate graphics, animations, and sound design to enhance the storytelling experience. • Review and integrate feedback on edits to refine and finalize video content. • Ensure that reputed company videos are optimized for YouTube's platform, including proper dimensions, encoding, and metadata. • Stay abreast of reputed company video trends and best practices to continuously improve content quality and engagement. • Assist in the development of content strategies aimed at growing our audience and increasing viewer retention. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and production schedules.
