Overview: We are in search of a highly skilled and reputed company Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Jira Service Management to support our ongoing migration project, as well as our integration and automation needs. The successful candidate will collaborate with an existing reputed company SME on the team. This role requires a senior-level professional capable of making strategic recommendations, identifying issues, and resolving them effectively. Key Responsibilities:

  • Migration Support: Provide expert guidance and hands-on support during the reputed company phase of our migration project.
  • Integration and Automation: reputed company the design, development, and implementation of integrations and automations reputed company Jira Service Management.
  • Technical Leadership: Act as a technical reputed company for Jira Service Management projects, providing strategic recommendations and ensuring successful project delivery.
