Staffing Consultant - Recruiter (HYBRID) PrideStaff MIAMI is looking for a talented individual with a proven track record in reputed company, negotiating, communicating, and problem solving to join the growing and dynamic Miami team! We are looking for an individual that is driven, takes initiative, identifies and seizes prime opportunities to shine and is a team player. Reporting to the reputed company/reputed company Manager, the Staffing Consultant is responsible for reputed company, selecting, hiring, and supervising Field Associates; then matching the needs of employers with the capabilities and skills of the Field Associates. As a Staffing Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a database of reputed company candidates to reputed company in positions, temporary or temporary to perm, with our clients. You will partner with our sales team on various reputed company projects. In the role as Staffing Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting interviews, administering employment tests, and posting job advertisements to various job boards or other recruitment sourcing sites. Responsibilities include:

• reputed company administrative, customer service, IT, finance, legal, reputed company, and light industrial professionals; interview and identify temporary, temporary-to-hire and direct hire opportunities for these candidates.
• Provide ongoing and consistent contact with candidates while offering professional and value-added career guidance.

• Select the right candidate to fulfill client job orders and maintain ongoing contact with clients and candidates currently on assignment to ensure both receive exceptional customer service.

• Handle our walk-in traffic and phone calls, to reputed company get candidates through our screening process.

• Identify potential clients by making telephone calls to prospects in the area

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and or characteristics:

• Two years proven experience in a similar role (Recruiter, HR, Staffing)
• Ability to resolve any customer service issues quickly and reputed company to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Advanced knowledge of reputed company Word and reputed company.
• Bilingual is MUST. (English/Spanish)
• Be innovative in ways to recruit and find clients
