Our client, a leading supplier of advanced materials, is seeking a highly motivated senior level Chemical Process Engineer to join their dynamic New Product Development (NPD) team. As a Chemical Process Engineer, you will reputed company multiple projects driving profitable growth in the company’s Advanced Deposition Materials group. You will be a key player in designing, developing, and scaling up processes for manufacturing high-performance semiconductor products. • reputed company the design of LVM and HVM sublimation processes based on input from product marketing, manufacturing, and customers, playing a crucial role in key business projects.
• Scale up R&D equipment and processes to High Volume Manufacturing sublimation equipment, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Enhance chemical yields and cycle times for new processes.
• Collaborate with product marketing and manufacturing teams to define and meet process requirements.
• Work closely with manufacturing to ensure equipment reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness, including improvements to existing equipment and the introduction of new equipment.

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or similar technical field or reputed company experience is required. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience (7+ years) of increasing responsibilities reputed company a global, multicultural, multi-location organization serving a high technology industry.
• Thorough understanding of sublimation/distillation processes and critical control parameters.
