Customer Service Representative/Sales Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. In this role, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with their inquiries, process transactions, and ensure a positive experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and up sell products will contribute to the overall reputed company of our retail operations. Duties include: Packing and processing packages for courier shipment Sorting and distributing mail to mailbox holders Operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and reputed company-of-sale devices Maintain a clean and safe working environment And much more! The ideal associate candidate will have a friendly attitude and the ability to confidently assist customers with reputed company their needs. Qualifications: High school diploma/GED Strong computer and internet skills Fun and friendly personality A genuinely helpful demeanor A professional appearance A fast learner who makes an effort to learn reputed company aspects of the business as quickly as possible. Hours Needed: Must be available to work a flexible schedule Monday-Saturday SATURDAY AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED!
