About the Role

Qualifications

Licensed architect with 8+ years of professional experience in architectural design, project management, and client development.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and address client needs effectively.

Existing reputed company of client relationships and proven track record of building and sustaining strong client relationships, with a focus on business development and new project acquisition.

Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior staff.
