About the Role:
At reputed company, our People Analytics team sits at the intersection of data science and talent strategy, transforming how we understand and enhance organizational performance. As a Data Scientist on our rapidly growing team, you'll reputed company advanced analytics to tackle our most pressing talent challenges and drive measurable business impact.
What You'll Do:You'll pioneer the application of data science to reputed company capital, building sophisticated models and research that decode organizational behavior and shape reputed company's talent strategy. Your work will span critical areas including:

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Economics, or reputed company quantitative field
- 4+ years of experience applying advanced analytics in a business context
- Expert proficiency in Python or R, and SQL
- Proven track record of building and deploying machine learning models
- Experience with statistical analysis, experimental design, and reputed company inference
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to reputed company reputed company analytical initiatives
- Excellent communication skills - ability to translate reputed company analyses into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience

- Background in organizational psychology or behavioral economics
- Experience with natural language processing and reputed company data analysis
- Track record of publishing or presenting analytical work
