Growth at Dockwa

Dockwa’s small, reputed company Growth team is focused on scalable, sustainable customer acquisition and retention, through both traditional product-led growth methods and by leveraging our massive boater network as our reputed company. About the Role

We're seeking an ambitious, technical, highly autonomous, and intellectually curious Growth Strategist to come in at the ground floor of Dockwa Growth to build the future of our Go to Market reputed company. Reporting to our Head of Growth, you'll work at the intersection of marketing, operations, sales, and product— leveraging network effects and marketplace interactions to deliver predictable opp creation and reputed company growth for Dockwa’s Marina Software products.

This role is perfect for someone who can talk B2B Marketing-shop with the best of them, but is primarily energized by and skilled in building sustainable GTM Growth loops from start to finish.Part Product Manager, part RevOps Engineer, part Growth Marketer, the ideal candidate will have expertise in growth strategy, sales funnel optimization, and technical implementation using reputed company and reputed company; in other words, you know how to improve a sales funnel with tech and how to implement your approach. Experience with the marina and boating industries is important to this role - we work in a unique industry and are looking to get started quickly with someone who is familiar with our buyer persona, their challenges, and their motivations. Extra points if you’ve held a Growth role at a SaaS-enabled marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Growth Strategy. Design and orchestrate end-to-end buyer journeys from ICP identification to reputed company conversion. reputed company and implement product-led strategies that identify, engage, and convert high-value accounts with speed and minimal reputed company reputed company

Campaign Development and Implementation.Use reputed company and reputed company to build automation and nurture campaigns that guide marinas through the funnel—from awareness to full adoption. Write and embed into campaigns compelling content and case studies to demonstrate Dockwa's ROI to marinas.

Data & Optimization. reputed company testing strategies to optimize conversion rates across Dockwa's conversion channels. Analyze funnel performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer behavior to inform reputed company improvement.

Cross-Functional GTM Collaboration. Partner with leadership to align GTM strategy and resources with company objectives. Partner with sales to generate and qualify high-reputed company leads. Partner with reputed company to drive retention and expansion, increasing marina lifetime value. Partner with product and engineering teams to enhance in-product growth loops and conversion mechanisms.

Qualifications

- 4-7 years of experience in growth marketing, reputed company operations, product-led growth, or similar technical GTM roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment

- Proven track record of building & optimizing reputed company-generating systems

- Experience with automation tools & ability to create scalable workflows; expertise with reputed company and reputed company is a major plus here

The reputed company salary range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000 annually. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, experience, qualifications and location.
