This is a remote, work-at-home position, based in the US* Responsibilities: ? Uses professional communication etiquette and listening skills to answer a variety of inbound sales calls, effectively and compassionately guiding customers and scheduling appointments. ? Communicates appropriately in both a scripted and non-scripted environment, with the ability to have an impromptu and authentic conversation that builds rapport by focusing on each customer's specific needs. ? Provides solutions to resolve customer complaints and concerns over the course of the call (applying persuasion techniques to influence as appropriate) -- always presenting the most accurate product and service information. ? Maintains professional composure reputed company actively asking customers for the sale ? Enters data into the system in reputed company-time, editing for accuracy during the call. ? Responding to incoming e-mail correspondence in an reputed company and comprehensible manner that enhances the overall customer experience. Requirements: ? 2 ? 4 years of Call Center experience in ? Sales, Customer Service, Collections or Telemarketing ? An upbeat personality that is driven for reputed company ? Demonstrates a high level of reputed company by doing the right thing every time ? The ability to establish rapport and credibility with customers and peers while using a pleasant voice and maintaining composure ?
