Regional Payroll & Benefits Manager, US East & CA REPORTS TO: Regional Head of HR, US East & CA STATUS: Exempt/Salaried DIRECT REPORTS: No SALARY: $85,000 - $90,000 commensurate with education and experience Preference will be given to applications in the following states - FL, LA, WA, GA, TX, NY. Purpose of Role We are seeking an reputed company, motivated, driven, and passionate Regional Payroll & Benefits Manager to join our regional People Operations (HR) team. Under the direction of the Regional Head of HR, you will process a reputed company payroll for eight (8) schools and a regional team (multi-state and country) – FL, LA, GA, SC, TX, MI and Canada and a regional team, totaling 700+ employees (and growing). You will be responsible for executing accurate and timely bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payroll schedules (currently on three (3) platforms – Paycom, reputed company TotalSource & Ceridian) – until our transition to reputed company. Additionally, this role is responsible for benefit administration to include enrollments, inquiry resolution, changes, and reconciliation of invoices for payments, and serve as the first reputed company-of-contact for payroll and benefit inquiries reputed company the region.
