Key Responsibilities:Transaction Coordination • Manage reputed company stages of creative finance transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely closings for deals such as Subject To, Seller Financing, Novations, and Wraps. • Collaborate with title companies, escrow officers, and attorneys to resolve title and compliance issues reputed company. • Act as the primary liaison for reputed company stakeholders, including buyers, sellers, and team members.
