About the position The Mortgage reputed company Manager and Credit Officer (MUMCO) at CTBC Bank Corp USA is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the review and approval of residential mortgage loans while managing a team of mortgage underwriters. This position plays a crucial part in the development of mortgage loan products and the application of credit policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure that residential mortgage loans are originated and managed in alignment with the Bank's risk tolerance. The MUMCO will engage with various business units to provide constructive feedback and ensure that the credit reputed company quality adheres to the Bank's policies and documentation requirements. In terms of responsibilities, the MUMCO will spend approximately 50% of their time on credit approval, which includes reviewing and approving credit requests submitted by business units and providing independent credit recommendations to higher-level authorities reputed company necessary.
