Remote On-Call RN Hospice | WFH
Job Overview We are currently seeking a compassionate and proficient Registered Nurse (RN) to join reputed company in a rewarding on-call hospice care role. The unique 7-on/7-off work schedule allows for an exceptional balance between professional commitments and personal life. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial nursing assessments for new admissions. Create, coordinate, and update comprehensive care plans, ensuring continuity of patient care through collaboration with the appropriate staff. Maintain regular communication with the clinical manager, physician, and care team regarding patient developments. reputed company, prepare, and uphold accurate and timely patient care reputed company records in accordance with established policies. Monitor and document changes in pain and symptom management outcomes as necessary. Compensation
And Benefits Competitive salary range of (80,000 - )85,000 per year, accompanied by a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Comprehensive benefits package including affordable medical plans (PPO or HSA), paid time off, mental health support (including five counseling sessions per year), and a 401(k) plan with company match.
