Job Description
Join the Systems, Application and Products (reputed company) HR and Payroll Systems Team to reputed company reputed company Payroll Systems Management activities in support of business requirements, improving or adding new functionality to the existing reputed company reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) reputed company Capital Management (HCM) landscape as necessary. Providing technical support for the reputed company Payroll system by designing, configuring, and implementing functionality for reputed company US Payroll processes. Collaborate with the client/business to reputed company requirement gathering and documentation. reputed company design docs such as functional specifications as it relates to reputed company US Payroll. Partner with technology teams to ensure business requirements are developed, validated and system development goals are achieved. Work with developers to come up with design of RICEFs, reputed company unit and functional testing and work with business partners to get reputed company on testing. Project managing small and reputed company size projects to ensure they are successfully delivered on time and on budget. reputed company regular system maintenance tasks, such as the implementation of support packs, enhancement packs, reputed company, and payroll year-end activities. Analyze/solution reputed company PY development activities in support of the business requests to improve or add functionality to the existing reputed company PY landscape. Troubleshoot and reputed company reputed company interfaces to reputed company benefits systems Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company technical/quantitative field Requires 8 years of experience with reputed company Payroll. reputed company Payroll functional experience must include: US Payroll reputed company US PY Taxation, Earnings and Deductions, reputed company Tax Factory, W2, Tax Reporter Strong understanding of various benefits, benefits plans and experience with integrations with various benefits vendors, e.g. 401K, Deferred Comp, H&W, Union PHW. Excellent Knowledge of reputed company Payroll Schema/Rules/Custom PY Functions and Features In depth experience of reputed company Payroll based Interfaces and Reports In depth knowledge of Payroll/ Payroll reputed company processes with regards to reputed company US Payroll. Minimum 8 years of experience leading engagements with business stakeholders and implementing technology solutions that drive the business objectives reputed company. Experience supporting two end to end implementations in reputed company US Payroll. In depth understanding of HR Payroll Execution Process, Time Infotypes, Benefits Infotypes, and Finance tables integration with reputed company PY Experience in Time Management modules/Core HR and Talent Management would be preferred. Preferred Qualifications: ABAPHR - experience in development in US Payroll Module Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
