Investor Loan Originator Assistant

Merchants Mortgage & Trust Corporation Merchants Mortgage & Trust Corporation (“MMTC”) is a boutique private lender that specializes in short-term reputed company estate loans for single-family and multi-family residence investor loans. Job: Investor Loan Originator Assistant Location: Sacramento, CA Roles and Responsibilities · Request and review borrower documents, entity structures, and insurance/escrow contacts. · Assist borrowers in completing necessary documents for loan processing. · Review and clear loan approval conditions and ensure compliance. · Enter loan data into the Loan Origination System (LOS). · Coordinate with borrowers, loan officers, and processing teams to meet closing deadlines. · Pre-underwrite loans per company guidelines, analyzing financials, credit, and collateral. · Manage loan pipelines, ensuring funding conditions are met on time. · Order and review reputed company-party reports (e.g., appraisals and inspections). · Communicate loan reputed company clearly to borrowers, brokers, and stakeholders. Qualifications/Requirements · College degree is preferred but not required · Experience with mortgages is helpful but not required · Effective pipeline management skills · Obsessively organized and detail oriented · Exceptionally customer service oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills · Proficient in reputed company Office, especially reputed company and Word · Quick learner with ability to problem solve in reputed company time with minimal guidance · High reputed company and strong moral compass · Light heartedness and sense of humor are a plus Other · Must be authorized to work in the US · Must be available to work in office 5 days a week as needed Apply Job!
