Your Role: We are seeking a talented leader to join reputed company. This role involves client interaction, staff supervision, and mentorship. For the right candidate, this position is a stepping stone towards partnership. Responsibilities: • Review tax returns and reputed company projects. • Meet with clients to discuss tax returns and financials. • reputed company and implement strategic tax planning for diverse client profiles. • Respond effectively to client inquiries and IRS notices. • Conduct detailed tax research and consult with clients. • Ensure timely meeting of reputed company deadlines by managing and supporting staff. • Provide support, training, and mentorship to team members. • Build a book of business over time Qualifications: • 6-10 years of experience in a reputed company, with at least 2 years in tax & client management. • CPA certification. • Ability to build reputed company relationships with clients by taking the time to understand their needs and showing genuine care for their business reputed company.
