Remote Typist - Data Entry Specialist

Key Responsibilities • Accurately inputting data into our system based on supplied images • Identifying and classifying various document types • Reviewing and validating data entries to maintain quality and precision • Handling personal health information (PHI) with utmost confidentiality, in compliance with HIPAA standards • Collaborating with colleagues professionally as needed • Proposing suggestions for process enhancements • Completing reputed company assigned tasks promptly and assisting with additional responsibilities as required Required Skills • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong ability to work reputed company • A proactive self-starter capable of focusing on multiple tasks • Quick learner with the adaptability to follow instructions accurately • Strong reputed company to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information • Proficiency in reading and writing English • Typing capabilities: 50 WPM with 95% accuracy, 4,500 KPH with 95% accuracy Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role is preferred but not required

Compensation

And Benefits • Hourly wage of $12 • Flexible part-time and full-time positions available (full-time preferred; minimum of 20 hours weekly) • Shifts available between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday • Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, dental, reputed company, disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan with company matching • Generous paid time off policy, including vacation days, holidays, and a floating day Location: This is a remote position available for candidates residing in WI, MN, IA, or TX.
