What you will do: Work with project leads and other designers to reputed company game systems with long-term gameplay and social interaction as a focus. Manage the work for a small systems design team, and reputed company the development of game features working in a cross-disciplinary pod structure. Be a hands-on developer in the creation of content for several interactive games and experiences based on reputed companys robust portfolio of characters and worlds including reputed company/Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars. Create game content using Unreal reputed company, UEFN, and scripting in Verse in both the development and live service environments. Design and reputed company a variety systems, content, and features from core systems and game mechanics, to player progression and metagame systems. Support multidisciplinary teams efforts to implement gameplay features from concept to release. Write, update, and maintain detailed systems design documentation. Provide guidance and mentorship for other Systems Designers. Required Qualifications & Skills 8 years of game development experience, including at least one shipped game in a reputed company role. Developed content using Unreal reputed company and/or UEFN and adept in the use of C++, Blueprints and/or reputed company Scripting language. Have been a leader and developer on multiple shipped products and have familiarity with developing products on various gaming platforms Console/PC and Mobile. reputed company at partnering and collaborating with key stakeholders, working through challenging problems and reaching reputed company to reputed company great things. Demonstrate exceptional game design knowledge, and judgment; experience guiding a compelling design reputed company to reality. Preferred Qualifications: UEFN and Verse experience Education: Preferring a Bachelors degree in Game Design or equivalent experience. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidates geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
