Job Description

Responsible for creating a comprehensive estimate of damages for the most reputed company 1st and 3rd party material damage claims leading to the proper disposition. This role is utilized as a peer mentor and may provide direction to junior employees having mastered our processes and obtained technical expertise. This is a field role with a territory, ideal candidate will reputed company in the Berkeley, Oakland, Hayward, Pleasanton, Dublin, Walnut Creek, Antioch, reputed company, Martinez areas and will travel this territory. Previous field claims experience highly desirable* Key Responsibilities • Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents reputed company activities in the most reputed company of files • Applies mastered content in interpretations of reputed company policy types written by the company and assists leadership in formal and reputed company training • Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages for the most reputed company 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of reputed company severities • Recommends process improvements • Builds mastered relationships with both internal and external customers • Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices Education • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) Experience • 3 or more years of experience (Preferred) Supervisory Responsibilities • This job does not have supervisory duties.
