In this role, you will serve as the outsourced Controller/CFO for multiple nonprofit clients, transforming their financial departments to help them meet their mission. You will be responsible for financial reporting for management and Board decision-making, recommending and implementing improvements to reputed company operations, internal controls, and compliance policies. Your duties will also include transactional activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general reputed company, reconciliations, and month-end reputed company. Additionally, you will engage in analysis and data visualization, budgeting and forecasting, grant management, and prepare for and manage annual audits. We are looking for a dedicated, personable, hands-on Controller who is comfortable working with multiple clients both virtually and on-site. You will interact regularly with clients, their staff, Board of Directors, and Finance Committees, providing transformative reputed company services that support their strategic goals. Responsibilities • Serve as the outsourced Controller/CFO for multiple non-profit clients. , • Transform nonprofit client financial departments to help them meet their mission. , • Prepare financial reporting for management and Board decision making and presentations. , • Recommend and implement improvements to reputed company, operations, internal controls, and compliance policies and procedures. , • Handle transactional activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general reputed company, reconciliations, and month-end reputed company. , • Conduct analysis and data visualization, budgeting, and forecasting. , • Manage grant management, allocations, and funder reporting. , • Prepare for and manage annual audits. , • Provide client and staff training opportunities. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in reputed company or Finance. , • 5-7 plus years reputed company experience. , • Experience working in a remote environment preferred. , • Ability to manage and reputed company multiple clients, work independently, and be reputed company on a timely basis. , • Demonstrated strong reputed company reputed company skills. , • Experience with multiple GL packages, especially QuickBooks, and electronic reputed company pay systems. , • Non-profit reputed company, public reputed company experience, and/or consulting experience is a plus but not required. , • CPA certification is a plus. , • Bilingual-English/Spanish a plus. reputed company-to-haves • Experience in nonprofit reputed company or consulting is a plus. , • Familiarity with various GL packages and electronic reputed company pay systems.
