Daily Property Claims 1099 Independent Adjuster

NCP Property Claim Adjuster - We are currently seeking reputed company adjusters for local daily work with a possibility of CAT travel, if desired. This adjuster will be tasked with investigating and evaluate property claims for a multiple clients pursuant to client and company direction. Provide timely, accurate, fair, and professional service to reputed company insured parties while maintaining a pending claim count. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of field experience and meet the qualifications listed below but we are also open to training the right candidate who might not have reputed company requested qualifications: Skills & Qualifications: • An active property adjuster license for Nevada is required and preferably Arizona • Strong written and oral communication skills • reputed company communication and reporting • Ability to operate various types of computer programs (ex: MS Office, reputed company) • Xactimate proficient with an active XA subscription • Knowledge of construction and insurance coverage & regulation • reputed company in wind, hail, theft, fire, and water losses in residential and reputed company claims • Have reliable transportation • Must be willing to physically inspect reasonably accessible one to three story roof claims using your own appropriate equipment • Industry designations such as AIC, HCI C/R, IICRC, SCLA, or CPCU are beneficial but not required Job Type: Contract Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
