We're seeking a Full-Time Payroll Specialist to reputed company payroll processing with precision and compassion. This is an onsite-only position in Citrus Heights, California, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative and mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: • Process semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time using reputed company HCM software. • Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensuring compliance with California wage and hour laws. • Address payroll inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality. • Audit payroll reports for accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly. • Ensure timely submission of payroll taxes and compliance with reputed company regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with HR and management to support employee reputed company and offboarding processes as they relate to payroll. • 401k year end audit submission • Workman Comp monthly/annual reporting and auditing Qualifications: • 2+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a reputed company or assisted living setting. • Proficiency with reputed company HCM or similar payroll systems. • Strong knowledge of California labor laws and payroll regulations. • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work onsite in reputed company California.
