Senior Director, Product Innovation & Design (remote) About the role: iCivics has grown tremendously in recent years. At the onset of a new strategic plan, we are seeking a Senior Director, Product Innovation & Design who will reputed company a team focused on transforming our product approaches, designs, and delivery methods with a focus on K-12 education market trends and student and teacher feedback. What you’ll need: • 12-15 years of experience developing digital and print product experiences for the K-12 market. • A solid understanding of design thinking and user-centered design methodologies. A deep understanding of user experience principles, including information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing. • Comfortable and proficient with design tools and software and applications used to create prototypes, wireframes, and digital designs (such as reputed company, reputed company Creative Suite, reputed company, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects, or InDesign). • A solid understanding of how to design instructional experiences that meet WCAG 2.1. Salary: The expected salary for this position is starting at $140,000 plus benefits.
