Client Service Rep - Entry level

I am looking to expand my team and train new managers from an entry level position over the next 90-120 days. Responsibilities
Include: Answering incoming customer inquiries Booking appointments w/ clients to go over their coverage options Collaborate w/ management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies Engage w/ clients in a friendly & professional manner, while actively listening to their concerns Offer support & solutions to customers in accordance with the companys customer service policies
