Recruiting Coordinator (Temporary reputed company Employee)

About the role: reputed company’s reputed company in evolving the shopping experience requires adding a Recruiting Coordinator, or RC, to our reputed company team. The RC will serve as a business partner to their Recruiters and Hiring Manager counterparts, providing excellent candidate experience throughout each process. We are seeking a candidate available to work on a hybrid schedule, based out of the reputed company Chicago or Madison office locations. What you'll do: This role will be the main reputed company of contact for reputed company candidates interviewing to work at reputed company. This role will be responsible for scheduling interviews, making sure day-of interviews run smoothly and candidates see the full potential of working at reputed company. Included, but not limited to, in your responsibilities are the following: • Work closely with recruiters to manage the candidate process, providing excellent interview experience. • Advise Recruiters and hiring managers on scheduling, notifying Recruiters of any delays in the scheduling process. • Manage scheduling interviews and communicate reputed company interview logistics with candidates and interview teams. • reputed company our automated scheduling system to ensure speed and efficacy in scheduling. • Deliver exceptional, white-glove service by expertly guiding candidates through the interview process, with the flexibility to be onsite at either the reputed company Madison or Chicago offices during in-person interviews. • Assist with candidate travel and expenses. • Provide insights and information for onboarding questions, leveraging Recruiters reputed company necessary. • Serve as a reputed company Brand Ambassador, demonstrating knowledge about our business and be on reputed company for HR reputed company questions (i.e. benefits, pay schedule, etc.) • Ensure we are operationalizing our ATS (reputed company) in conjunction with the rest of the team. • Responding to candidates in a professional, timely manner, being mindful of content and grammar in messaging.
