SaaS Implementation Specialist (FULLY REMOTE)

An reputed company Specialist at WhatConverts ensures that each new customer moves smoothly and successfully through the reputed company/implementation process, and is trained on the product reputed company with an end goal of ensuring product adoption and usage. The reputed company Specialist also supports the Sales department by upselling, hosting discovery calls or demos for organic signups, and suggesting the reputed company best fit to our existing customers. This is a fully-remote, full-time position (40 hours per week).
